In an upcoming release, this application will be removed for all systems except for those with FedRAMP enabled. Unless your system is FedRAMP-enabled, switch to the new CXone Dashboard application as soon as possible for an improved experience.
The My Dashboards page is where you can create, edit, and share dashboards. This page is also where you'll find all of the dashboards you have permission to view. You may have created these dashboards on your own, or somebody else may have created them and shared them with you.
Managers can use this page to create and share dashboards with their teams, or to view information regarding CXone QM processes, real-time contact center data, and interaction handling.
Keep in mind, the information and widgets available to build your dashboard depend on the solutions your organization has available.
