Enable AI Agents (Cognigy) Application and SSO Access
AI Agents (Cognigy) must be enabled for your tenant before users can access it through SSO.

Tenant Enablement: A Technical Account Manager (TAM) or Professional Services must enable the AI Agents (Cognigy) application for your tenant in Tenant Management.

Assign CXone permissions (Admin): After AI Agents (Cognigy) application is enabled, a CXone admin assigns Basic or Admin permissions to users or groups to control access to AI Agents (Cognigy). For details, refer to AI Agents (Cognigy) Permissions topic.

SSO access (End users): Once permissions are set, users sign in to CXone and launch Cognigy AI via SSO from the application launcher. They land directly on the AI Agents (Cognigy) home page for that tenant — no additional AI Agents (Cognigy) setup is required to sign in.
