Resolve Login Issues

If you are using CXone Mpower Agent for Microsoft Teams, you may experience issues logging in. Follow these steps to fix this issue.

  1. Alert your administrator to the issue. They may need to perform some fixes on your organization's Microsoft Teams instance.

  2. Log out from all CXone Mpower applications.

  3. Clear your Microsoft Teams cache Box with arrow indicating navigation to external site..

  4. Restart Microsoft Teams.

  5. Check that you can log in to Agent for Microsoft Teams using the browser version of Microsoft Teams.

  6. If you are still experiencing issues logging in, contact your administrator.
