You can download the CXone Mpower Agent progressive web app (PWA) to your computer. The Agent PWA does everything Agent can do in your browser. It also:

Allows you to launch Agent without logging in again.

Displays notifications directly on your computer.

Runs in the background.

In CXone Mpower, click the app selector
and select Agent. -
In the top right, click Open In App
. -
Click Open.

The Agent PWA downloads to your computer. It appears in your taskbar, marked by the CXone Mpower logo
. You can pin it to your taskbar by right-clicking this logo and selecting Pin to taskbar.
