Log in to Salesforce Agent
You must enter your login credentials the first time you launch Salesforce Agent (SFA) whether you are using Salesforce Classic or the Lightning Experience. After your initial log in, you can choose to automatically launch Salesforce Agent when you open Salesforce. You can download logs from the agent application or from the Salesforce Settings page by clicking Download Log either before of after logging in.
Log in to Salesforce Agent

Launch the Salesforce Agent from the utility bar.

Enter your CXone Mpower Username. Click Next.

Enter your Password. Click Next.

To log out of Salesforce Agent:
If you are using Salesforce Agent Classic, click Options > Logout.
If you are using Salesforce Agent Lightning, log out using the agent status drop-down.
Logging out of Salesforce will not automatically log you out of Salesforce Agent.
Log in to Salesforce Agent Using SAML 2.0 SSO
You must log in to CXone Mpower before opening the Salesforce Agent. If you do not, you will receive an error when you attempt to log in.
To use this feature, you must be using v16.0 or higher and have the correct call center assigned to you. If you do not, contact your administrator for assistance.

Log in to CXone Mpower using SAML 2.0 single sign-on (SSO).

Launch the Salesforce Agent from the utility bar.

Click Login.

Complete authentication with your external identity provider, if needed.
Locate the Installed Version
You can use information contained in the user interface to determine which version of Salesforce Agent you have installed.

Click Information (indicated by the 'i' in a circle icon).

Scroll down to view the version.
