Removing a Tag

Use the Remove Tag from Visitor action to remove a tag you added to a visitor. The tag is removed from the visitor's browser storage.

To use tagging, you must license Guide with Offers.

  1. Click New Rule or click on an existing rule to edit it.

  2. Click Action to display a list of actions.

  3. Select the Remove Tag from Visitor action.

  4. On the right side of the page, start typing the name of the tag to remove from a visitor. Select one or more tags to remove from the visitor.

  5. Click Save Rule.
