Business Intelligence (BI) reports allow you to view and analyze data from your organization. You can subscribe to individual BI reports to receive emails with report data on a consistent schedule. After you subscribe to a BI report in CXone Mpower, you will no longer need to log in every time you want to view that report. This will help you save time if you consistently check the same data in a report.
Create a Custom Schedule
Default subscription schedule options include Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly. If you want to schedule a subscription on a different cadence, you must create a custom schedule first. You cannot create more than six custom schedules. You cannot delete a custom schedule after it has been created. However, you can edit them at any time.

Click the app selector
and select Reporting > Schedules.

Create a Subscription
You can create a subscription to automatically send emails with Business Intelligence Report (BI) data. This will help you save time if you consistently check the same data in a report. You need to log in to CXone Mpower and run a report at least once before you can create a subscription for it. You can only have ten subscriptions at a time.
You can schedule how often you want recipients to receive emails with report details. If you want to use a custom schedule, you need to create it before creating a subscription. All recipients must have the appropriate permissions enabled for the report in order to receive subscription emails. You can configure whether recipients are permitted to unsubscribe from a report.
Before you create a subscription, consider how you want the report data to be presented in your subscription emails. You may want to adjust the report to your preferred view before you create a subscription. BI Reports allow you to perform actions such as drilling down to more details, or filtering and sorting data. You can also use bookmarks to adjust the data appearing in your subscription.
